I still cannot replicate this problem. Do you perhaps have an application on your computer blocking cookies? What security software do you have installed?

Hello. Got the Client and it works great. Organizing my new media center has been a breeze with it. The only DVD i have now that i did not find on the search engin was Step Up 3D, the new release. Just though i would let you know. Thank you for the awesome software.

Hi David, If you are having trouble downloading XML files because links are invalid or timing out make sure your browser has cookies enabled. If you are 100% sure they are enabled, try deleting your browser cache. That should resolve your issue. If not, let me know.

Legend of the Boneknapper Dragon is actually an animated short that comes with How To Train your Dragon. It is unlikely that there will ever be a dvdid for it.
